How Janvi cracked her Job at Onlei Technologies
One day, Janvi Garg contacted Onlei Technologies to ask about career opportunities. She came from a non-technical background and belonged to a middle-class family. She wanted to build a successful career but was unsure where to start.
She asked our team about two or three courses and spent around one and a half months asking questions and understanding her options.
After exploring different courses, she decided to join our Data Analytics course.
In the beginning, Janvi faced several challenges because she came from a non-technical background. However, she stayed focused and continued learning.
She worked hard for four months and attended around six interviews during this time. Unfortunately, she was rejected in her first three interviews.
After her third rejection, Janvi called our team and shared how disappointed she felt. She was worried about her future and wondered what would happen next.
Our team encouraged her and explained that rejection is a normal part of the job search process. We reminded her that every interview was an opportunity to learn, improve, and become more confident.
Janvi took this advice seriously and continued preparing. She attended three more interviews and kept working towards her goal.
Finally, her hard work paid off! She received two job offers and achieved her dream of becoming a Data Analyst at PhonePe.
Today, Janvi is building her career in the field of Data Analytics.
